Waldorf鈥檚 A.A. in Health Care Management degree provides functional management knowledge and skills, including an overview of issues and challenges specific to the field of health care delivery. Emphasis of instruction is on developing the managerial knowledge and skills required to work in today鈥檚 regulated, complex healthcare field.
Option to Continue Towards a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree
For students who may wish to pursue a bachelor鈥檚 degree in the future, the associate degree program is designed to prepare for entry into Waldorf鈥檚 bachelor鈥檚 degree programs with upper division standing. The coursework in this degree program also satisfies the requirements for the Health Care Management concentration within Waldorf鈥檚 B.S. program in Organizational Leadership.
