The Top of Iowa Conference is pleased to announce the winners of this year鈥檚 Art and Writing Festival held at Waldorf University on May 12.聽

Waldorf University鈥檚 Warrior Theatre Company presents Theatre 101 for Kids, June 5-8 from 1-3 p.m. in the Smith Theatre.

Michael Ferch has joined Waldorf University as a records coordinator in the Registrar department.

Waldorf University will be granting degrees to 748 graduates during its Commencement exercises May 6. This is a record number of graduates for Waldorf University, up from 495 last year.

Waldorf University will host the Top of Iowa Art and Writing Festival May 10-12, 2017, with students from 18 schools participating.

The Waldorf University Communication Department is launching Create U 鈥� a scholarship contest for students to demonstrate their creativity for a chance to win a $40,000 scholarship. 聽

Twenty-five Waldorf University students will have their artwork on display April 3 鈥� April 26 at the gallery on campus, with a student reception planned for April 19 from 5-7 pm.聽

Waldorf University will be hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Atrium on campus. The public is invited to participate.

Waldorf University鈥檚 Distinguished Visiting Writer Series presents Wyatt Townley, Poet Laureate of Kansas Emeritus, on Wednesday, April 12 from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Odvin Hagen Recital Hall.

Waldorf University will host 鈥淗uman Trafficking in Iowa: An Overview and Discussion鈥� on March 30 from 9 a.m. 鈥� 11:30 a.m. in the Salveson Hall Ballroom.
